8. Rewards and Recognition
Laktak may provide badges, points, or monetary rewards based on user contributions. These are subject to change and do not constitute a contractual obligation.

Certain features require a paid subscription (Laktak Plus). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Membership details and terms are governed by separate agreements. By subscribing, you agree to those terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
Laktak is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses or damages from using the platform, including flying accidents. Most spot information is contributed by users and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not verify the safety, legality, or accessibility of each location. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a spot is safe and legal to fly. Always check local regulations, no-fly zones, and on-site conditions before flying. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laktak is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the platform or your decision to fly at a listed location.
